Design for Roulette gaming Intro Web Page

I am looking for someone who can design a photoshop image for a intro web site Image size : 1280x1024 It must represent a playing roulette table , horizontally . Top Left there must be a frame of a box of 112x143 Top Right there must be an empty box 60x290 In high, middle , framed by an empty box of 578x458 Bottom left 4 buttons (Help , fullsize , exit , updates ) The section on the playing mat must be of high quality as if you could see the hair ( the texture of the carpet ) ; attached put a detail of what I mean. I'm not good with the drawings , I am attaching the structure I had in mind and some pictures I took from the internet to give an idea of what I mean get .
