Design for Music app

I am looking for a designer to create a background image to use on an app. The image will have to be in various Hi Resolution sizes high enough quality for retina display. The various sizes will need to fit all required iPhone, iPad, and iTunes display sizes. The image will consist of a Dark Blue background with various random music symbols, (which the designer will have to source). The design must include a variety of colourful music symbols including Clefs, Bar Lines, Accolade Braces, Beamed note, half note, quarter note, 16th note etc etc all placed in a variety of sizes in a bright attractive display.
