Design ad banners for online advertising in Egypt

We will launch a subscription based web app game (called InstaWin) on behalf of Vodafone Egypt. InstaWin is a skill based quiz where each round is consisted of 10 questions. Each participant who answers all 10 questions correctly wins instantly EGP 10,000.
The participants (only Vodafone Subscribers) are prompted to enter our platform and subscribe in the service. As their subscription status remains active, they can play up to 2 rounds of InstaWin per day.
The recruitment will be via Online Advertising. Thus we want 3 different banners in the following 17 different dimensions each (51 banners to be created in total):

Texts guidelines:
• Title (Up to 25 characters) e.g.: Play & win!

• Button (call to action) - (Up to 15 characters)e.g.: Play now!
Texts should be in white or Egyptian Arabic
All of the respective candidates should have a similar portfolio (creatives) and be fluent in Egyptian Arabic.
