Design a background image to match the background on an image

I need a large background image creating (300dpi) that I can place an image on to so that it looks like it is part of the image - you will be given the original shutter stock image and can modify it as necessary to make this work - but I need this in a few hours at most - can you do this? Max spend is £15 as I've already wasted money with other providers to get this done fast for me
