Design 3 Web Headers

We are looking for a brand new design for our website headers in the style of a banner. We have 3 separate sections on the site that need these headers - 1) Stage 32 Next Level Education 2) Stage 32 Happy Writers 3) Stage 32 Lounge Our site ([login to view URL]) is a networking and educational site for professionals in the film and TV industry, so keep that in mind in your designs. You can use graphics or photos - feel free to get creative. We're looking for a new, sleeker, cooler, hip design. Please create a few different designs for each section. SPECS - Header must look good on all screen sizes, so design with small and large screens in mind. -The default viewport is 230px by 1140px - Keep in mind that the actual background extends to 100% - so it might make more sense to keep these as two separate layers. Front layer and back layer. -Image should be able to be collapsed / resized to narrow screen (as narrow as 320px) - iPhone 4 portrait mode. This may mean removing elements. DESIGN DIRECTION We want an entirely new look and feel, so creative control is up to you. Here's some details about each of the sections we need headers for: NEXT LEVEL EDUCATION - these are online webinars and classes we host with industry executives that teach them. STAGE 32 LOUNGE - this area serves as forums on our site with over 60,000 lounge discussions. Think of it as a cool, swanky lounge where creative people come to connect. We'd like to keep the Martini glass theme, but feel free to get creative. STAGE 32 HAPPY WRITERS - this is a special section of the site dedicated to screenwriters. We have thousands of screenwriters and hundreds of development executives in Hollywood who work with our company to develop and make scripts. We'd like 3 different design directions for each category. We need these designs in no later than Wednesday 4/8 by 12pm PDT. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
