Design a PowerPoint Template

I'm looking to create a corporate PowerPoint Template and deck. I've got a few brand guidelines, an existing slide deck (see attached) with copy and elements I would like used, but also, would like to add a design element I've recently seen on a vendor's slide deck (see attached), that is landscape imagery.
While the landscapes on the provided slide deck are hills, mountains, and trees, our flagship product is called, Windsurfer, and thus, I would like to see ocean waves, buoys, beaches and light houses.
Also, I want the slide to function flawlessly. That is, I want to make full use of the Master Slide capabilities. Therefore, I'm looking for a PowerPoint expert.
