I am looking for someone to design the attached web page. It is to track a list of filter/tasks. I have the current site so I will provide a user login to a demo account so you can see the look and feel of the site. I am looking for someone that can take the concept that I have drawn and really bring it to life. I am NOT looking for someone that is going to send me back an exact design with just a bunch of boxes. You must post some sample work so that I can look at your work. If you don't provide sample work I will not look at your bid. You MUST MUST stick to deadlines. If you agree on a deadline you will need to deliver or will cancel the project.
