Good day, I need a Loyalty Card Designed. The Card must be elegant, sophisticated and have a crisp clean look as this is theme throughout store. The colous we are using are in pantone codes (attached Colour Code) for the silver and blue we use. Ignore pink as we are not using that. Design Layout: Front -The lines on bottom (Attached Loyalty Stripes) -The logo on top left corner(Attached High Quality Logo) -“Serurubele Centre” in Bigger eg. 20 Calibri (Body). “Loyalty card” (14) which goes underneath in Calibri (Body) smaller size eg.14. Both lines in black. Sizes are not what i want that is example to show lines are different sizes. Enough space under for disclaimer -We need a Disclaimer on Front that says- "This card is applicable for 1 calender year only at Serurubele Centre. Discounts are off selected items only. Excludes toiletries." Back -The lady on back right of card (see attached lady 2) -The lines also on back at bottom. (Attached Loyalty Stripes) -10 Circles that can fit 15mm circle stamp. (in Blue or Silver) See attached loyalty card for kind or circles we used before. Please dont take loyalty card attachment as current design and design new card. Thank you
