Design a Logo for an independent news outlet

I need a logo for my independent news agency, the Diurna News. the Diurna is aimed at providing the Millennial generation with the news they need in a digestible way. I want a logo that emphasizes the Diurna's independence from mass media and business interests with aspirations of providing a "pure news experience". In addition to the square-ratio'd logo, I'll also need the design files (i.e. Adobe PSDs) in order to keep it updated with new taglines. Must be completed using Adobe Photoshop.
