Design a Logo for Incoming Tourist Agency

I want to have logo for Belgrade(Serbia)- based incoming tourism agency.
Logo should have one main symbol:
1. Conjunction of two rivers (as presented in file in attach) should represent two hands cheering (having a toast) with glasses (symbol of having great time together)
If possible, right hand (bigger river) could represent man's hand, and left hand (smaller river) could represent woman's hand.
I would prefer logo to be as simply as possible.
Name of the tourist agency is "NG Vacations", so maybe some idea using name letters is possible.
