Design A Logo For My Website

Hello,
I have a website called World Wonders and I would like somebody to design a logo for it.
The website will be selling cultural related gifts from around the world. I want the logo to reflect this. It needs to be elegant and sophisticated, with not too many colours (3 maximum, preferably 1 or 2). Importantly it needs to be so simple that a 5 year old child could draw it, and any graphic used would be recognisable even if it was 30 pixels x 30 pixels!
I require the logo to be done with vector graphics so it can be easily rescaled.

The work must be your own and not taken from elsewhere. I will be using software to check the designs are unique before payment is released. So, please keep this in mind! All work must be original and not templates. On completion of the project I would own all rights to the design.
I have no colour scheme in mind but I prefer pastel shades and 'earthy' (i.e. dark browns, greens etc.) to be used. Nothing too bright. It needs to be appropriate for the site.
