I started a project with another freelancer 1 week ago. It was only supposed to take a few days as it was a very basic project. Unfortunately, after more than a week, the project remains unfinished and the freelancer is not responding to messages. It appears as though the freelancer took the milestone payment and then abandoned the project. Moving on, I would like to engage a new freelancer to design complete the project - the project involves creating a 2 or 4 page corporate brochure. I can provide you with a copy of the draft / semi complete brochure that was prepared by the previous freelancer. You will need to replicate this brochure and make changes, as necessary. There is some urgency with this project and I need it completed asap, preferably by no later than 7pm AEST today. I am available to assist, as required.
