Design a Certificate of Completion

I currently have a certificate of completion that is designed in microsoft word and then I converted it over to a PDF for my website. See attached. I need someone to create a better and more professional looking certificate of completion in Microsoft Word with graphics. It should fit within 1 page and contain all the elements that are contained in this attached certificate which is in PDF format. Please make it look like an OFFICIAL certificate of completion. We print these certificates regularly and we want them to look more professional. You can choose a different text, different graphics, etc. The signature should be done as a graphic - not simply as text - you can use whatever font you think looks best for the signature graphic. I also want you to add a graphic of a seal that looks very nice and it should also look nice when printed. I have also included a certificate of completion ([login to view URL]) which is from another company. I want you to add similar to what they have also: -THIS DOCUMENT IS VOID IF REPRODUCED -I like the subtle logo of the car they have put - you can do something similar or a logo of a road. It should be subtle in the background. -Please add our tagline which is "Keeping our Roadways Safe" -Our Mission: To educate drivers of all ages to operate their motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Through education, DriveSafeToday aims to keep our roadways safe. -I like how they have the dark blocks no the page - we don't have to do the same thing but try to come up with a nice look for our certificate that makes it look unique. -If you want to put an icon/logo of the US Map - you can do that. This company has put the NJ map because they operate only in New Jersey - we operate in the entire US. Let me know if you have any questions.
