Customise envelopes, letter heads, ebook etc

I need certain things such as letter heads, envelopes, brochures, ebook to be customised with my logo and information. I have attached a Trifold. letter head and envelope from a company called LMS internet. This will give you a layout of what I want done. I just want the logo, the address, contact information and the picture of the person changed to my own picture. Can you also make the overall theme red instead of blue. My logo colour code of red is #bf1e2d. The envelope, I only want my Logo on it. I do not require any other information on it. My address and email for the business is as follows:

Regarding the Ebook. I have attached a copy of my ebook and also a copy of an ebook by Lidstone marketing. You will see his logo on the front page and also in the top corner of all other pages. He also has his website address at the bottom of each page. Can you just simply add my logo and web address the same way
