Custom Wordpress Work Required

We have a combination of Listify and Marketify with Easy Digital Downloads to create an online marketplace with Google Maps support. We want to replace EDD with WooCommerce's 'Product Vendors' plugin and have the whole site support any plugins we want from WooCommerce, including shipping, commissions and more. Our requirements list for this iteration of development is (we will schedule calls to discuss this further):

1) a) Build a highly optimized and increased performance for the website so a minimum of 80/100 on Google Pagspeed insights and other performance tests

b) Caching plugins should be supported to optimize the site performance

c) testing all functionality from all work done before releasing it to us for testing before pushing live

2) A) Integrate WooCommerce Vendor Marketplace into our existing site. We have a need to replace Easy Digital Downloads as the marketplace function and keep the directory functionality within our current site. This should include: sellers to be primary receivers of funds into their Stripe or PayPal account via their commissions tab. All shipping plugins should work as well allowing sellers the ability to set their shipping rates and select if they want fedex or other shipping. [login to view URL]

B)The front end and form building should still look like the EDD plugins we have as the WooCommerce plugin doesn't have a nice front end interface. All products associated with vendors should appear on the vendors store and Google Maps supported directory listing, so that searches will return the vendors and the products with particular keywords and locations.

c) We are looking for suggestions for how to integrate this plugin and extension into our custom theme and design.

d) For this upgrade all WooCommerce and plugins related to Listify and Marketify should be supported.

3) Global Search for all products and vendors based on keywords:

Functionality should have Search Bar on home page and other search bars. This will sort based on location and keywords. Please see screen shots "SEARCH RESULTS PAGE"

4) allowing AJAX in search bar for predictive text while typing in Keyword Search bar based on the all NAME='keywords and categories' stored in these lists

5) Creating static pages with urls based on the following script:

url = ../"organic"- NAME-CITY-STATE OR PROVINCE

page title = "organic"- NAME-CITY-STATE OR PROVINCE

6) Populating these pages every 24 hours via chron with any new content from search results of keywords AND LOCATION

So the content on these flat html pages will be updated dynamically based on the search results of the keyword and location terms
