Create a simple website with a back-end to add videos

I need someone to help me develop a simple site with the following feature. This site will be used for internal users - It is a video database from YouTube. We have hundreds of videos on Youtube but would like to have a site where we can organize them properly. Pages: Main Landing Page - Video background - Sign up / Sign in function After Sign in - Let the user select city or search for video using keywords or choose categories - City Landing page - On City landing page, we would need to list all the videos listed under that city regardless of categories unless the user chooses a category. A profile page. letting user to change his/her password, Name, email and such. Some Static pages in the menu Search function through out the website Filters when searching for videos. BACK-END It has to be some sort of CMS - where we can manage Users. We need to have a feature to add/edit/delete Cities And under Cities we need Categories and Under that we need to list videos. Videos are from Youtube/YouKu (Chinese site) We would just like to paste the Video link, add a custom name, description. Oncer the user sees the video, we need to give him options to Copy direct link, embed link or share on social media. The Site should look clean and minimal but professional.
