I need a one page parallax style website for my office/studio/workshop space. I'm thinking of about 6-7 sections, mainly text, some images, minimalistic, clean, fast.. something like: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (don't need those animations).. I'll do a psd layout, then need someone to modify one of those templates (mainly color scheme and section type) to my design, then work with me to enter the content and polish the details. I'm on a tight budget, but will be doint a couple of sites like this in the coming months, so could work long term.
