Create homepage mockup

I need a mockup done for a online store, the store will be competing primarily against these two sites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL];s2=OR we need to create a mockup much better then these two sites, the required features are the same as for what you see on these two sites since this store we are doing will be selling the exact same things. We need a better store though, I need pretty fast turnaround on this, if you could start on this right away it would be good. Please show me some of your graphic work in site layouts and when you can start on it.
