Requirements : - Single static raffle system with fixed number of tickets and fixed closing date - Guest user books the tickets - Select multiple tickets and make the payment - payment is escrowed to client - Booked information is sent to admin in email - Booked ticket is unavailable for selection - Raffle closes after closing date - site will hosted at your server - GUI will be default wordpress theme - Manage Raffle system for admin - Add/Edit/Delete Raffle - View Raffle for admin - available/booked tickets in the raffle - Multiple raffles and Ticket grids - Manage Raffle Start/End Date - Random Selection of 3 raffle winners - Manage Price per ticket I want to create a long-term relationship with the freelancer.
