Create Poster from Specific Design Concept

I have a poster that is completely designed in concept, but I need a graphic designer to take it the last few steps. The concept involves translating a word into about 20 different languages. The flag for each language's country is next to the language. I have done all the translation work myself. The last piece of this is layout. I have the rough work done in a PowerPoint document. I need someone to make a pixel perfect translation in Illustrator or some other program. The result will be an image file that I can have printed to poster size. I am open to suggestions on the dimensions of the poster, but probably 18 x 24. The designer will provide input on: Layout and order of the different languages Font sizes Poster size I am looking for a very clean and basic design. This will not be a stylized or artsy design.
