Create a PSD Design and Wordpress Template

Create a design for a new auto body shop website and provide design in PSD file. Once design is approved, create a Wordpress theme from PSD design, including up to 5 templates for pages to be populated with content. I will only consider providers that have experience in their profile with at least 5 completed Wordpress projects. Bids should not exceed $400. To be considered, please use the words "car repair" in a PM to me. Winning provider will be chosen based on experience and price.
