Create HTML5 Word Search Game -- 2

I need to new wordsearch game in HTML5. The game shows a list of words that are scrambled in a grid. The solver finds the words which may be in the grid normally, backward, or on a diagonal. The user circles the words as he/she finds them. The features are a timer, solve button to find certain words, a scramble button to scramble the grid for a new game, and a blacklist of words (naughty words) that the game will never have in the grid. It has to look good and play perfectly. It needs to be skinnable on the opening screen, resizable, and use a text file with the word lists that we can change easily at any time. We will provide a sample word list and a picture of our old word search game which was in Java. We'd like upsell purchases within the game, such as the game will include a few advance modes in which no backwards words will be in the grid if one chooses, it must be available to easily show ads we will sell, and it needs to be able to have
