Create Game Website

I currently have a game website that was doing very well, the link to it is here. [login to view URL] . It was built on a script but was then heavily modified. You can tell by the beautiful logo and theme design. Now I am looking to launch a sister gaming site with different color scheme, more modern look , better games, and analytics. Ideally I would like this to be built from scratch but I am open to using a script if you can modify it enough. I will supply the games once it is built but I need a way in the admin panel to submit games in a form and select and create categories. The key here to to have a more modern look and the analytics of the game. We need to track how many times each game was played and display it beautifully and also have a rating system like thumbs up and thumbs down and show that percentage. The site will have to blend beautifully and have a nice logo like my current site. Also, the gamers must be able to login and and play game where it would save their high score and add them to a site points leader board. I know that this will be a tedious project but I can help you with some of the programming if you need help. Please leave me some examples of your work , thanks. Price is negotiable. Please only apply if you have exellent UI skills using css. Please leave a short description of how you would plan to do this project. I would also need a function in the admin to bulk upload games based on categories, almost like a drag and drop.
