Create a Banner (for a gaming network)

Hey, Basically we need a "leaderboard banner" (728x90) that advertises our gaming network (for Minecraft). It will be used as an advertisement, so it should grab people's attention (obviously). Our network is called "Nemesis Gaming" ("NemeGaming" for short), and the "IP" that players would use to join is "[login to view URL]". It should have the IP and the name of the network (Either "Nemesis Gaming" or "NemeGaming" on it, depends on your design and what you can fit etc). Both of these things should be easy to read. The background should be based on Minecraft. Obviously we need it to grab people's attention AND be aesthetically pleasing, so please use a theme instead of throwing random themes together (I can't tell you how many times we've gotten banners like this made that don't have any theme and could be so much better if there was a color scheme/theme). The maximum filesize for this should be no greater than 150Kb, and must be in GIF, PNG, or JPG format. GIFs can generally get people's attention better, but again, it's entirely up to you what you do with it. If you have any additional questions, my Skype username is "[login to view URL]".
