Copy an existing website onto my site in word press

I'm looking for someone that can create a duplicate of a website for me. All words and pictures must be easily edited in the back end without any code work. This website is needed to be fully up and operational in less than 5-7 days preferably. The site to be copied currently has many services pages. I only need this site to have 1 service page for now. but must be built to allow easy adding of additional services. All the pics for the services need to be added but can be dead links for now.
