Convert text document to a visually appealing report

I need a graphic designer to convert a text document (approximately 650 words) into a visually appealing report that will be sent to clients via email. The final product should include a cover page and 2 to 3 pages of copy - depending on the font size you choose.
I will supply:
* a word document with the text
* company logo
* hex codes of company colors
I would like the final product as a PDF document as well as a JPG of each page.
