Convert html site to Wordpress or Joomla

An existing website has been developed using a tool called WYSIWYG Web Builder.
We would like the existing site to be converted into WordPress or Joomla, and freshened up by using a simple/minimalist theme. There are around 15 pages in the original site.
The website contains google analytics link and also Addthis links for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Please explain which framework you will use, and why you think it is the better option.
