Convert AutoCAD floor plans to Punch Home Design Studio

We are a real estate brokerage and have AutoCAD (dwg, dxf) files of three townhouse units, interior and exterior, that need to be converted to Punch Software Home Design Studio Pro. Correct wall height, colors, trim and appliances to be included as specified. Conversion from AutoCAD to Punch may require re-drawing the properties from scratch based on the design specs. The Punch files are to be used to display 3D images of what the properties will look like and will be used for pre-construction sales in print and on the web. Ability to colorize and "furnish" the designs would be a plus. Please submit a SHORT (<500 words) proposal including your experience, timeline to complete and compensation requested.
