Classroom Handout Needed

I need someone to take a hand-written chart and create a classroom handout from it. The text and layout would be similar, but I would need a few changes. Here are the changes I would need:
- Anytime you see green writing, keep the line blank.
- Determine how long to make each line based on the amount of text. For the purple section, you will likely need 2 lines. For the blue section, you will likely need 3 lines. For everything else, you will need a line that is long enough for 1-2 words.
- Rather than repeat with reason b and c, recreate the same bullet so that students can write out their answers for paragraph 2 and 3 as well.
- Provide 2-3 lines for the conclusion.
Once you have created a rough draft, send me a copy. I often need to add information once I see the rough visual.
