Change the background of a home page to a similar one in the link and lighten the shade of color throughout it

If you can find the image of the exact background it has now it would be great; as all we want to accomplish is "to downgrade the darkness especially on the far right and the far left" of the home page. If you cannot find it; then another background must be used to portray the same look and feel of the entire website and we must be able to bring the background shade of colors to a much lighter tone overall. The pixelations (the tiny squares used throughout and over the home page) must remain.
This is not a difficult task; however I kindly ask that if you're not able to communicate and do changes within a few hours of my response; then I recommend you do not post an bid on this job. Basically if for every change you have to get back to me the next day; unfortunately it will not work for me as the time this would take for completion will be beyond reasonable expectation. It would be ideal if this could be accomplished within the next 24 hours; nevertheless; I'm ok with extending myself as long as it is within a reasonable time frame.
