Cartoon header for website/blog

Need graphic designer/artist to create a custom cartoon header for my web site. The site is a travel blog with the theme that a man is working in a cubicle 9 to 5 but wants to escape from the cubicle. He is running out of the cubicle to escape to the outdoors and changing from his office suit and tie to outdoor travel/hiking gear. Like Superman, his shirt is unbuttoned and tie loose and he's making sure nobody sees him. The cubicle/office environment on the left blends to the right side into an outside landscape indicating a different, exotic country that he is running to. The landscape can be mixed with a combination of mountains, ocean, city, and animals, or a few of them. It should be drawn like a comic book or Disney cartoon, etc. No clip art.
