We need to integrate asterisk to our own PHP CRM. We have already installed in one server: * Freepbx and asterisk (already installed) In another server we have: * CRM. (Already installed) We need to integrate so we can do the following from CRM: 1. Autodialer 2. Click to dial via CRM to push data to dialer DB 3. CRM webpage to be open when a call is connected on the search of phone number 4. Disposition and recording link need to be sent to CRM 5. Click to Call on your CRM. (One call will go to customer number and second call will come to softphone setup on laptop or desktop)
