Build a simple one-page website with the following functionality: - Collects email adresses (subscribers) and writes them in a database - Database connects to email marketing software so that subscribers will get email newsletter - Each subscriber will get a personalized referral link to promote the website like this:([login to view URL]) - When someone clicks on a referral link, he will be able to subscribe. When someone tries to visit [login to view URL] without a valid referral link, he will not be able to subscribe - a database will track how many new subscribers each subscriber has referred - depending on the number of referrals, subscribers will be segmented into different email lists (premium vs non-premium) - possible add-on: subscribe via facebook or twitter In your proposal, please detail: - which technologies (programming languages) would you use to build the website and referral system - which email marketing provider would you suggest to connect to this system/database Looking forward, thank you

From your requirement i got the feeling that you need newslatter managment system within your designed pages.. there are 2 options invovled 1) Connect some third party email marketing software with the system 2) Make DB Driven Website and then export all email adresses and then use outlook express for bulk marketing. in Any Case if you want huge list of email marketing you need to get the server services avaliable for you otherwise it will be spammed. Even within website we can provide you the portion from where you can do email marketing from the backend section but you need to have server bandwidth avaliable plus Authorization as on normal hosting accounts this will be considered as spam and your account will be blocked.
