Build a website and Logo with an online store for 3 items and sending a selection by clicking on pictures

Terms of Reference for Development of a Website & Logo We are looking for a skilled Web-designer and Web-programmer who can develop a relatively simple HTML5 website with shopping functions and a couple of forms for our small business and a Logo. Logo: We are looking for a simple, elegant logo that reflects a small, trendy Start-up in Berlin focussing around interior design, gardening, flowers, decoration etc. We have concrete examples and inspirations of how we are imagining the logo to look like, so that the design will not require a too comprehensive creative process and feedback loops. We are looking for a quite straight forward design which is a bit exciting and innovative. Website: To the successful bidder, we provide a briefing document with a very detailed outline of how the website should look like with all texts, position of content, Fotos, Menu, etc. It will just have to be implemented to the web, with full responsiveness for smartphones, tablets and websites. The content will be a long scroll down page with pictures with galleries of 3 to 6 pictures. The important feature is the following: the website will offer a rating/selection process. In 5 steps. To illustrate simply: 1. Selection of one of the following 6 pictures (pic1) (pic2) (pic3) (pic4) (pic5) (pic6) The selection is done by simply clicking on one of the pictures which will then mark it as selected like in the windows explorer by putting a half transparent overlay over it and saying Selected on it. 2. Then the user should scroll down to the next selection step where you have the same concept with three pictures to choose from 3. Then the same process with again three pictures 4. Then a question with a text field to answer and write freely 5. Then tick boxes 1,2,3,4,5,6 6. Then the user should be able to upload a picture (by smartphone or from the laptop= All questions except 2 should be optional to process the order. Then all the selections are taken into consideration and the user can press purchase. This will then go into the purchase page where the product and the according price is calculated based on the selection of the person. Question for the price only one question is relevant. All other information need to be send to us to process the order. The basket to order should be straight forward present the selected item before confirming payment. Payment via credit card, or paypal or immediate wire transfer which is popular in Germany. One page with 6 small galleries of 10 pictures each should be accessible via the menu. Not on the first scroll-page but only accessible via menu or via direct link. Option for voucher codes would be good.
