Build referral campaign templates that go on HR marketplace (sharing royalty revenues)

Design in-app notifications and emailers on assignment basis. We are a tech-based company that helps organizations power their employee referral program with our app and web-based solutions. HR can initiate referral campaigns from our dashboard, communicate with employees and seek referrals for open jobs. Employees can refer through the app by simply sharing their unique referral links on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media platforms. The platform is automated from thereon where it collects referrals, connects them to the HR, helps in hiring and distributes referral rewards once hired. To add more value to our clients, we need designers who help in designing referral campaign templates such as in-app notifications and emailers. Consider this as MailChimp templates.
