Build platform website for 3D purpose.

I need a website designed and coded. CMS to be discussed ( I can buy a template if is better need great responsive and mobile friendly site $$$) what I need is to include a 3D editor capable to open in different scenarios: Rendering and modeling view only, Basic with the basic tools and Pro with all tools for a 3D design, rendering and modeling different purpose like houses, kitchen, I mean general. Capable to read all major 3D format.<br><br>The most important inside of the view have to be a tool to live comment on the self project by clicking the exactly place where you want to place the comment and write it, also displayed at the comment panel right or left. Easy sharing option by a pre made template email and when opening the link the other should see the project with no registration and able to coment it.<br><br><br><br>
