I need an exceptional website designer/developer for a Wordpress site. (Please do not bid if you do not have exceptional design skills). You will need to have a good knowledge of plugins and what is available to increase the sites features and appearance. This project is for a complete new site design and build. I have a basic site that I have been working on with a local company, but need to inject some fresh ideas and passion for the project. You can check out [login to view URL] - But please do not base you work on this site (reference only) To be successful with this project you will need to provide examples of previous work, have an excellent review and ratings score and above all be able to work autonomously, show initiative and have great attention to detail. High level English essential and would prefer as first language! If you can provide mock ups of your ideas will greatly increase your chance of securing this project as i need to know that your vision is inline with what I require. I have attached a pdf with some guides on what is required and some reference sites that have design elements that I like. (the site has Salient theme installed for a starting point if that helps) The project will need to be completed with in 7 days from awarding.
