Build complex database driven website with logins, crm, and autoshipment

We would like to have a website made that can do all of the following in the attached description. There will be databases of information stored on clients and their products, as well as the inventory tracking, plus databases for autoshipment tables, and databases to store employee logins and admin logins. The description is robust and detailed and includes GUI sketches, I also have a spreadsheet but it will only let me upload one file, so i can send that because it is just for the calculations and formulas I used. The program will be a CRM combined with inventory tracking, with an autoshipment tracking and management system to auto-generate emails to send to our employees whenever it is time to ship a bottle of essential oils to a client. all the math, calculations, and formulas are done already on a spreadsheet and are working. The GUI sketches are made roughly in ms paint and stuff, so they only are examples of what should be represented, i'm sure someone here can do a much better job on the finished project. The descriptions under each gui sketch and title explain the workings of that page and what we'd like it to do. There could be simple buttons, processes, or other stuff that i missed not being a coder that you may see that needs to go in the new website. The website will go onto a subdomain of our current website so it is easily accesible from browser on desktop/laptop as well as cell phone (no app, just browser use on mobile). I am open to suggestions and i'm not the expert to know if another platform other than a website would work better that could still give us online logins. I'm hopeing to find someone I can communicate with often and who will go above and beyond. The budget is negotiable, as i don't know how intensive a project like this is or what it will take to get it done.
