Looking for some one to work with my fulltime on mutiple design and coding of wordpress projects I will start you at $100 a week and it will go up to 250 per week within in 3 months after we see how well you design and work on projects and max out at 500 per week as the website projects come in. Once you max out you will have to grow your staff and hire some more people to work with you, I have done this before and im doing it again but I need to grow this process, and start from scratch with a new freelancer.
