Build a Website for a logo designer.

I want a simple yet clean website the website should have the following,

[url removed, login to view] of portfolio in a clean & creative way ( ill upload the logos myself from the backend) (should be able to upload them, delete them, add a caption if required)

2. A home page where in few of the portfolio items are displayed, a place where in a 5 step process ( informative work flow) is shown in a creative way, the pricing is shown ( 3-4 packages), contact us button, and order now button. ( should be able to edit the pricing & package via backend)

[url removed, login to view] the order page, the selected package price should be mentioned, a place for coupon code, which will be managed by backed too, once order is placed i just want them to answer 4 questions. ( NO payment getaway required). and i should get those 4 answers.

The above are the main features required, it should be creative, clean & fast loading.

This site would be used only for logo designing in the starting and nothing else.
