I have worked on my project which is very much similar to your project. We created a website for Diagnostics where a person books appointment and a person visits customers/patients home to collect blood samples. We used bootstrap for front-end and php & mysql for the backend. My proposal is to create a homepage which accepts the name, phone no. and address of the customer. When the customer enters details it is stored in database. Admin looks upto the database for customers who want to give cloths for laundry. Once the laundry is done the status can be changed. So the admin can see the status and contact respectively. I had bid Rs. 7777, this can be negotiable.
