Hi i have an idea about safety payment solution and i would like to go forward it it contains : we link a software to an ecommerce site than when a payment is done we receive the ip and the credit card number than we install bins identification in our system and billing adress detecter in case of fraud we put three danger color on the lines white yellow and red :white it means that the payment is correct it means the billing adress and the ip is the same and the bin is from the same country and yellow it means that the billing adresse isnt the same the same country and the red it means that the credit card isnt in the same country than fraud detected and we should cerify that manually by phone i know that the idea was already done in the net but i believe that we can do more than that
