Build a Website asp Magic the gathering website with deck builder

Looking to make a magic the gathering website with deck builder that allows a user to enter content of their deck list and output it to the home page and show up under the user as to connect to userid and a deckid, which there will be a search area for a user to find other users deck lists by searching for a specific card using the deckbrew api. The main page will have only the ten most recent decks submitted by any user. And for the api to make a hover link to show card image after user submits deck such as in 21 swamp and when mouse over it shows a swamp card without having to click on it.
