Build A Website Through Wix

Needed someone to revamp and rebuilt a current website. We prefer that this website is a mix between a custom design site and utilizes the aspect of Wix we have in places such as forms, sign ups, blogs, and message boards. However, if you can implement your own system that would be good as well.
Two bids for this project will need to be in order
#1 bid for the website itself. Please see the website CompedMarketing.com. All that information and functionality will be transferred to this new site.
#2 With an automated signup and referral system
When someone signs up a unique referral code will be issued to that person. This code can be entered into the sign up by someone else and will be credited for the referral. Note: We already have someone similar constructed in Access and need to someone make it automated from signup to database.
