HR website for performance management. Need initially a Prototype to be built. \r\nIf its liked, will go for full development.\r\n\r\nAs a HR Manager...\r\n1. I should be able to add/remove employees in the system\r\n2. allocate employees under their managers and teams\r\n3. create a list of general purpose skills, competencies\r\n4. assign skills and competencies to each employee (e.g. conflict management,\r\nnegotiation, java, c++ etc.)\r\n5. assign skills and competencies to each manager/leader (e.g. vision clarity, strategy, goal\r\nsetting, coaching etc.)\r\n6. create a 360 survey for each employee with a very flexible look and feel (e.g. individual\r\nthriving, relationship with the team, relationship with the manager, work satisfaction,\r\nsocial satisfaction)\r\n7. get the results individually, manager & team\r\n8. able to calibrate growth across different teams for the same job family (e.g. data analyst\r\nin finance vs. data analyst in mid office vs. any other team)\r\n9. view historical analysis of all employees and identify growing and stagnant employees\r\n10. generate executive summaries\r\n\r\nAs an Employee\r\n1. Select my 360 raters so they can help identify my areas of growth (possibly outside the\r\norganization as well)\r\n2. Suggest growth areas to users who have requested feedback from me\r\n3. Define my goals for an upcoming period (both organizational and personal)\r\n4. Help me identify my strengths which can help me achieve my goals? identify weaknesses which can derail\r\n5. View my growth plan and ability to track my progress\r\n\r\nAttaching a sample look for providing response to survey.
