Build a Website LIke Gazelle , Usell, and using my buyback script and Magento

Please understand that i already have the Magento script and the buyback plugin for this website so all you will be doing is creating a theme or finding a theme already built that can be used. You will also take down the theme that is up on my site now along with any products, categories etc. You will need to read over the documentation of the plugin and setup the site similar to the way gazelle and usell looks and functions. YOU ARE NOT CREATING THE SCRIPT TO RUN I ALREADY HAVE ALL THAT . 1. You will create or install a gazelle type of theme on to the Magento platform 2. You will take down existing theme , products , categories 3. You will be adding some products to make sure everything is working properly. Easy job for someone who knows the Magento platform and themese for it.
