Build a Website For A Charity For Online Video Streaming Education

This is a non profit that I am starting that will help to increase education in developing areas and connect volunteers with students free of cost to gain experiences and teach. What it is is online live videos so someone in Canada for example can log in at the stated time and be connected to students in India where they log in and then the classes can start. See attached screen shots. [login to view URL] For something like this, would you be able to create the platform/website? My goal for this is for those schools in developing areas to not have to depend on volunteer teachers that are given from organizations so that schools can take in more students and those who want to volunteer can always have the chance without being restricted to high costs paid to voluntourism organisations and high flight costs. I've heard the options youtube live, google hangouts could work. Because what I need is a button or somewhere to click in that allows both parties to have instant access, and after the scheduled class is over for that connection to disconnect. Functions I would need: - Live chat messenger in case video lags or students/teachers need to write anything - Calendar click in that shows schedule, must be aware of the time differences and automatically account for that - Place for teachers to record down notes about the classroom, that is available even if a different teacher teaches that same class next time (example, student A may need more attention, or class has finished section x of math ) - Place for teachers to upload documents they find useful - Area to allow for teacher profiles and class profiles (teachers can only view each other, students dont have access) - Way to log hours that each teacher has taught (with option later on to show for example 100 hours = lollipop level, 200 hours = gingerbread level) - Feedback way for students to comment about their class as well as teacher that will only be sent back to admin to see One thing I worry is that because the schools will be in the slums or areas that are low bandwidth we may have to do a test to see which video stream is the best option also. When it is ready I can test with a school in Kenya or India. So maybe we only need to set up that aspect first, secondary priorities are the feedback, profiles, and notes for teachers/students.
