First, let me tell you that the quotes you have below is a major rip-off. Whether you decide to short-list me for this project or not, I thought it is my ethical duty to let you know that most of these guys have a quote that are effin ripping you off. I am sorry for the profanity, but you get the point. I implemented LMS’s for Honeywell, Thomson Reuters, and many other F100/500 companies when the whole LMS concept was in its infancy. However, thanks to some amazing folks life is much more easy for folks who want to start an LMS. I am not sure if you are aware that, there are quite a few LMS’s systems that are free? Yes, I am not absofuckinglutley not kidding you. Please take a look at a comparison list of LMS’s below. Do some Googling or Binging or whatever.
