I want to work with someone who has extreme attention to the smallest design and formatting details and you MUST have good and stable SKYPE connection for VOICE CALLS. I don't want to do discuss this project over emails and chats. Skype calls are needed for each and every interaction.
I have already months with a company up here, who promised to deliver and now has dented all my plans. So this is my 2nd attempt now. I will not read general messages, as your initial reply has to be specifically related to my requirements.
Scope:
I need to build two websites providing more or less the same services - but one is for individuals and small business owners, while the other is targeted at Medium & Large Bushiness. Half the contents are the same for both websites. Both websites will use the exact same layout, except that each will have a different color scheme, logo and skin. It has to be WP, as I need to manage the content on my own for future updates.
Main aspects of the websites (SEE ENCLOSED SITE MAP)
a) Largely static pages
b) There will be 1 form in each website. These forms will need to have an inquiry nr, sequentially generated.
c) There will be two sections (use the WP blog modules) - news and investment opportunities, which will be daily updated from my side.
What I have & will guarantee for a smooth experience for both you and I, includes:
a) Logos are designed
b) Site Layout & color scheme is finalized
c) Content is ready
d) I will also provide the "almost-complete" website pages done from my last attempt with a failed contractor from India. So you get an idea of how it was NOT meant to be done.
I will award the project only to those who takes a proactive approach and build me a quick prototype of my splash page / index page. I assure you, there will be no design or layout re-works, after the acceptance of the prototypes.
Project awarding will be done in the next 3 days / Completion should be in 2 weeks.
