Need to build a website about betting tips. The site must have a proffesional look from the outside. Dont need many options, should be a very easy job for someone who knows how to build a website. What functions i need in the website: - payment system; icepay or any good paymentsystem that has the payment options for portugues people. -register users (they pay per month for membership) -platform on memberpage where i can post the tips for soccer. -frontpage where i can give free tips for no-members. Site should be easy to use and also easy to post for admins who have no knowledge about websites and coding.
